Our RRx Series&#######xE2;&#####x201E;&#######xA2; 1.375" diameter lightweight tubular front sway bar is made from 3/16" wall 4130N chrome moly tubing. This sway bar is precision CNC formed and coined as one piece. The end seams are TIG welded and the end link coins feature machined chamfers to seal the bar. This tubular bar is over 10 pounds lighter than a comparable diameter solid bar providing maximum performance with minimal weight! We put our front sway bar through this extensive manufacturing process to ensure that the final product will be the strongest, and most durable front sway bar on the market, and the most resistant to form alteration. The spherical front sway bar end links allow this larger front sway bar to reach its full potential.

You simply bolt the supplied CNC laser cut and formed 3/16 steel clevis to the end link mount on your front lower a-arm using basic hand tools. The clevis features a gloss black powder coated finish and all required mounting hardware is included for a simple bolt in installation. The top of our spherical front sway bar end link connects to the front sway bar with low deflection polyurethane bushings. A silver zinc plated high strength 4140 chrome moly threaded stud keeps everything connected together. The RRx Series&#######xE2;&#####x201E;&#######xA2; front sway bar kit includes new polyurethane sway bar bushings with grease fittings and spherical end links, everything you need for an easy bolt in installation and maximum performance!

The long suspension arms have a tremendous amount of leverage which drastically limits the effectiveness of the factory rear sway bar. We use extra heavy-duty 5/8 spherical rod ends with a Teflon&#######xC2;&#######xAE; self lubricating race. This method allows for much higher rates with a much smaller (22mm) and lighter sway bar. You can easily adjust the sway bar to soft, medium, or firm settings in minutes to tune oversteer or understeer, and you can use the firmest setting at the drag strip for flatter launches! Our bar stock is 22mm (7/8) diameter heat treated solid 4140 spring grade chrome moly steel. The bar is entirely heat formed and coined as one piece.

We put our bar through this extensive process to ensure that the final product will be the strongest, most durable bar on the market, and that it will be the most resistant to form alteration. This rear sway bar will work with any factory, or aftermarket rear axle housings with up to 3.0 diameter axle tubes, and will clear all aftermarket exhausts and suspension components. 22mm heat treated solid 4140 chrome moly rear sway bar.
